Do you want to treat someone special? You can choose one or more of our services and customize your Voucher. The Voucher can be bought directly at the hotel, sent by mail or by post.
Procedures for Vouchers sent by post or e-mail:
- Choose the services you wish to purchase and send your request to the following e-mail address: beyondspa@yourhotelspa.com;
- Inform the name of the person to whom the Voucher will be given if you want it personalised;
- Provide billing information (Name, Address, and TAX Identification Number);
- Make the payment by Entity/Reference (which we will indicate if you wish to proceed with the purchase of the Voucher);
- The Voucher will only become active/can only be used once it has been properly collected and our invoice-receipt has been sent. If the payment is not completed, the Voucher will be automatically be cancelled;
- After confirmation by our Accounting Department, the respective receipt invoice will be sent via e-mail or post, as per your indication, and from that moment the Voucher will be active;
- For physical vouchers picked up at the counter, if you want gift wrapping (gift box), it will cost an additional €1.50 per unit;
- Vouchers sent by post will be charged an additional €2.00 and do not include gift wrapping;
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be used on Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings.
