Alternative Dispute Resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to turn to official entities that will help them to solve or guide them through, a conflict before they open litigation in Courts.
In general, the procedure is the following: the customer asks an impartial third party to act as an intermediary between him and the business that is the subject of his complaint. The intermediary may suggest a solution to your complaint, impose a solution on both parties or bring the parties together to find a solution.

O Your Nature é um projeto que visa promover boas práticas no âmbito de uma economia mais sustentável, ecológica com vista à promoção de todo aquele que é o património natural, cultural e paisagístico da região centro, contribuindo igualmente para a valorização recursos endógenos no território.
Desta forma, esta operação teve como objetivo o desenvolvimento do conceito de turismo de natureza e sustentabilidade, bem como a melhoria da sustentabilidade energética da unidade (Termas da Piedade). É expectável que os investimentos realizados no âmbito deste projeto correspondam àquelas que são as necessidades da unidade garantindo uma melhor resposta para os seus clientes.
